A cable-rotation puzzle with twelve power-grid contracts. Rotate cables to connect tidal power stations to load islands, then check the grid at low, mid and high tide: tidal relays switch between horizontal, cross and vertical, and loads change with the tide. The same wiring must pass all three phases. Earn three stars for the fewest rotations. Controls: click a cable to rotate it clockwise; switch tide levels to preview.
